Aquabats
A zany eight-piece (or more) ska unit from the bleached-out California coast, Aquabats earned respect for an energized new wave of ska punk from figures ranging from Courtney Love to the Mighty Mighty Bosstones and Squirrel Nut Zippers. Apparently led by vocalist Christian Jacobs ("The Bat Commander"), the group -- which impersonated a different horde of thugs from the '60s Batman series on each LP cover -- also included a host of multi-instrumentalists: James Briggs (Jaime the Robot), Courtney Pollack (the Prince of Karate), Adam Diebert (Prince Adam), Chad Larson (Crash McLarson), Travis Barker (the Baron Von Tito), Charles Grey (Ultra Kyu), and Boyd Terry (Catboy). The debut Aquabats album, Return of the Aquabats, was released on Horchata Records in mid-'96. Their sophomore album, Fury of the Aquabats, followed in 1997 on Time Bomb, and two years later the group returned with Aquabats Vs. the Floating Eye of Death!. When Barker left the group to join blink 182, he was replaced by drummer Dr. Rock. Myths, Legends and Other Amazing Adventures, Vol. 2 was released in fall 2000; Dr. Rock and Ultra Kyu left the group soon after. Ricky Fitness was Rock's replacement. The Serious Awesomeness! DVD, a compendium of live Aquabats, appeared in 2003; the Check Out This Ride EP followed. When Charge!! (Nitro) appeared in June 2005, it was the Aquabats' first LP in almost six years. By that point the band's official lineup included Bat Commander on vocals, bassist Crash McLarson, guitarist Chainsaw, Fitness on drums, and sax-playing keyboardist Jimmy the Robot.
MC Bat Commander
The MC Bat Commander, fearless leader of The Aquabats, lead singer and all around swell guy has a penchant for saying the right thing at the right time to get the band motivated to action. Being the leader of a crack team of action commandos with a not-so-secret desire to be a popular rock band is not such an easy feat, but the Bat Commander seems to take it all in stride.
While the MCBC may be outwardly fearless and heroic, inside he is often conflicted and may not always have the right answer when it comes to a solution to a problem. This inner conflict adds to the Bat Commander's quiet insecurity about not having any real super powers beside being able to call the shots. The MC Bat Commander will sometimes back down to retreat and regroup when the odds seem too high.
Even with his own flawed bravado, he still cares deeply about his team and their goal to be seriously the best band in the world.

KNOWN POWERS: The Bat Commander posesses a hypnotic leadership ability as well as almost super human durability and stamina. He can withstand temperatures from 150F to 250F before completely melting. His almost super human stamina enables him to exert himself at peak levels for up to one half hour before fatigue poisons build up in his blood, causing him to tire. Then he rests.
WEAPONS: The Bat Commander is prone to use many weapons that don't work. This includes a bean gun, poison lawn dart cannon and freeze rays.
Crash McLarson
Crash McLarson, the most punk rock bass playing super hero known to man, began his quest to fight evil and be in a rock and roll band at an early age. Now a little older, Crash is the muscle behind the band and the man most likely to break something wether you want him to or not.
Crash has a special power to grow large which although may be a great asset to the band in battle, has not yet really been mastered by Crash and can happen at awkward times. It seems to work the best when Crash is emotional about something and gets upset which can happen at awkward times.
Crash is a fierce fighter and is very loyal to his band mates when push comes to shove. Crash can sometimes be a little lazy and over confident and at times, a bit of a bull in a china shop but always means well and is a great friend to the band and their fans. Crash is also the most emotional Aquabat and can burst into tears and grow 50 feet tall at any given time.

Jimmy the Robot
James Randall The Robot Part I, Jaime (Hi-Mee) the Robot, Jimmy the Robot, Robot Cakes, or JTR for short was born on May 3rd 1996 In order to create a more perfect android, The Aquabats presented a plan: to make a more perfect robot. And so they did. Jimmy the Robot is the world’s first battle robot and keyboard-playing back-up singer.
As well as playing a mean keyboard, Jimmy the Robot plays most woodwind instruments, has binaural hearing, color binocular vision with optional infrared vision. He has rocket punch fists, a jetpack that allows him to fly, and can fire a laserbeam at foes. He is also the gadget master of the Aquabats always coming up with new gadgets in the nick of time. Jimmy is a friendly, and kind hearted Robot but can often be more than a little sarcastic which is also another noteworthy breakthrough achievement in robotic technology.

Ricky Fitness
Ricky Fitness, born a homeless sheltered child in the slums of the Eastern Los Angeles desert, Ricky had to fight his way out of the mean streets to come out on top. Once involved with crime and gangs in his early youth, Ricky has since shunned evil and started a new life through exercise, eating right and playing the drums.
Not the Band’s original drummer, Ricky joined up with The Aquabats when he realized they had so many things in common. Not only were they connected in their quest to fight crime, but were also all related..some how. Ricky has the power to run pretty fast which can be a distraction for foes in battle, It can also add distraction and delay to the Aquabats when Ricky’s speed will take him out of contact with the band for sometimes hours at a time. Obstacles aside, Ricky’s personality and innocence make him hard to be mad at and at young age of only 19, Ricky is quickly becoming the world’s most famous and popular celebrity personal fitness trainer crime fighting ex-gang member rock drummer from the ghetto.

Eagle Bones Falconhawk
Guitar playing axe man with a knack for power chords, Eagle Bones can shred with the best of them. His guitar can not only blow you away with it’s rocking power licks but comes equipped with a sonic electro beam converter that can transform his guitar into a lazer blasting shred stick!
Eagle Bones Falconhawk is also aided with the help of his invisible bird the ‘DUDE’. When Bones is in trouble the Dude can swoop down and get him out of a tight spot. Eagle Bones, however, has a hard time convincing the band the DUDE exists because he is an invisible bird.
Bones is strong willed and capable of leading the band on his own but has some eccentric tendencies that can leave the others guessing at times. This also can create friction from time to time between Bones and the Bat Commander. Eagle Bones isn’t afraid of anything but because he has hollow ‘bird’ bones is often easily defeated in battle. But, he never goes down without a fight and will often not know when to throw in the towel.

STRENGTH LEVEL: Eagle Bones can lift up to 65 pounds but has to gauge himself due to his hollow bird like bone structure.
KNOWN POWERS: Eagle Bones Falcon Hawk can take a beating and heal relatively fast. His bones are like glass but some how heal very fast.
WEAPONS: Eagle Bones has an invisible Bird named the ‘Dude’ who no one can see but him. The Dude can assist Eagle Bones in battle and help him fly. His electric guitar can also fire a sonic energy bolt that can damage things.
